Retained for 7 years from project completion, in accordance with standard business and legal requirements under U.S. law.

Retained for 7 years to comply with IRS recordkeeping requirements and applicable state tax laws.

Retained for 3 years from the date of last communication, unless part of an active project or legal matter.
Website Usage & Analytics Data
Retained for up to 26 months, consistent with standard analytics provider policies.
Cookies & Tracking Data
Session cookies expire at the end of your browser session; persistent cookies are retained for up to 12 months.
Deletion Requests
Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 45 days, except where retention is required by law.

Project Management
We may use tools such as Notion or similar platforms to organize project information. Access is restricted to authorized Elemental Studio Inc. personnel only.
Analytics Providers
Google Analytics is used to collect anonymized website usage data. IP anonymization is enabled. Google may process this data in the United States or other countries.
Legal & Accounting Advisors
