Construction Drawing Sets
Comprehensive architectural drawing packages including dimensioned floor plans, building elevations, wall sections, roof plans, reflected ceiling plans, and enlarged detail drawings. All drawings are produced to professional standards and coordinated with structural and MEP consultants.
Permit Documentation
We prepare complete permit submission packages tailored to the requirements of the applicable building department and jurisdiction. This includes zoning compliance documentation, energy code compliance forms, accessibility compliance narratives, and all required application materials.
Technical Specifications
Written project specifications covering materials, products, finishes, and construction methods. Specifications are organized by CSI division and are coordinated with the drawing set to eliminate ambiguity and provide contractors with a complete basis for bidding and construction.
Contractor Coordination & CA
During the construction administration phase, we review contractor submittals and shop drawings, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), issue supplemental instructions, and conduct site observations to verify that work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents.

Client Agreements
All services are provided under a signed client agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Agreements are prepared per engagement and executed before work begins. We encourage clients to review terms carefully and raise any questions before signing — we're happy to walk through the details.
Payment Terms
All services are invoiced based on project scope and delivered in agreed stages. Invoices are issued at project milestones or on a schedule set out in the client agreement.

Accepted payment methods: ACH bank transfer or wire transfer (domestic and international). We do not accept credit cards, checks, or cash.

Please retain all invoices for your records. Late payments may be subject to interest as outlined in your agreement.
